Terms of Use

Effective 20 October 2026.

1. Acceptance

By installing and using the X-Tun app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

X-Tun is an app for connecting to the VPN service provided by WEL-TECH PLANT LTD (a company registered in Northern Ireland, No. NI662902), "we". The app connects your device to our servers with one tap; no sign-up is required.

3. Access

Access is free. If the device has no current access, tapping "Connect" shows a short waiting screen (ads may appear on it in the future), after which access is granted for 24 hours.
Access is bound to the device. We may change how long access and the waiting screen last, and restrict access in case of abuse.
If paid plans appear, their price and conditions will be shown before payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it for:

spam, attacks on networks and services, or distributing malware;
infringing the rights of others or other unlawful activity;
creating excessive load that disrupts other users.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or terminate access.

5. Availability

We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, server changes and network-provider outages may occur. The service is provided "as is".

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences of being unable to use the service, nor for the content of sites and services you access through the VPN.

7. Open-source software

The app uses open-source components. They are distributed under their own licences; rights belong to their authors.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the service you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
